The Lab
Our team makes fresh gelato daily in our dedicated Gelato kitchen, or “The Lab”.
Each flavor is crafted using 100% local, natural ingredients and it’s all skillfully prepared by our talented team daily, even the cones!
Must taste. The BEST ice cream. Good service and great flavors. Both milky and vegan. Would recommend this to everyone visiting palolem.
